"Did Ye Aye?" - Scottish Slang

A daft, nonchalant Scottish expression used by many especially when conveying disinterest or ambiguity to the other person. Americans would most likely use 'Sure you did' but Scots would prefer to utter a cold 'Did ye aye' in an insipid chat.
